Oliver Wookey
Oliver brings a practical and solution-oriented approach to his dispute resolution and advisory practice. He is developing a broad practice across a range of commercial, regulatory defence, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining KM, Oliver articled at Voorheis & Co. LLP, a boutique law firm focused on resolving business-critical situations and complex commercial and corporate governance problems.
Oliver was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2023 after graduating from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. During law school, he profiled financially distressed companies as a contributing writer for an insolvency publication.
